October is the Breast Cancer Awareness month and we would like to dedicate all our posts to all things ladies-health related.
Our first health contribution posts is by the owner and founder of S.E.E.K. Health Generations HK ManKi Li and she would like to share a super-easy herbal tea that works wonders on women. RED DATES, GOJI BERRIES and LONGON TEA
What is it good for?
Red Dates can replenish blood. It is especially good for over-fatigue and after menstruation. If you are experiencing cold hands and feet, or looking exceptionally pale lately, red dates are your friends!
Goji berries are often categorize as Superfood. It works wonder for your eyes and liver. Busy ladies that spend hours starring at computer screen or phones, goji berries is your go-to food.
Red dates 1-2 pieces
Goji Berries 6-8 pieces
Dried longon 6-8 pieces
250 ml hot water
Optional dark brown sugar
How to make:
Wash the red dates (remove stone and slice them into stripes to enhance the taste), goji berries and longon.
Put them in a mug or in a thermo jug and add 250ml of hot water
Brew it for 15-20 mins and enjoy!
